A #MiamiDade man already in custody for allegedly s-xually assaulting a #Florida Memorial University student has been hit with additional charges after being caught groping a female detective. 30-year-old #StevenRivers was being escorted to a transport vehicle when a female detective walked by. According to video footage of the incident, Rivers can be seen moving his cuffed hand toward the woman’s backside in an attempt to grope her buttocks. Now, in addition to the robbery and s-xual assault charges he’s facing in connection to the college student, Rivers is also facing attempted s-xual battery and battery on a law enforcement officer. Authorities confirmed Rivers was recently released from prison in December after serving time for lewd behavior.
