Today the Resurrection Christian School girlsā golf team, which makes RainDance National its home course, took third in the 21-team R2J Invitational held at The Olde Course in Loveland with a three-person score of 269 š
The Cougars were 10 strokes behind winner Lovelandās 259.
Rez was led by freshman Karina Garciaās 85 (13-over) for 4th out of 82, followed by senior Rylee Collinsā 91 (19-over) for 10th, senior Sophie Dammarellās 93 (21-over) to tie for 13th and freshman Avery Stockslagerās 101 (29-over) for 32nd.
Four junior varsity players also competed in the event with freshman Karis Reichardt and junior Quincey Pike tied for 39th with a 108 (36-over), freshman Faith Garcia tied for 56th with a 115 (43-over) and senior Paige Raymond was 79th with a 133 (61-over).
On Tuesday, the Cougars will host their first-ever home invitational at RainDance National starting at 10 a.m. Good job Cougars!
