EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas appeared to risk antagonising the US further - claiming the country 'hasn't supported Ukraine for almost a year' - as she arrived for the EU Foreign Affairs Council in Brussels on Thursday.⁣ ⁣ "We see the international rules-based order under very much strain.
