Jump–Jump–Stick! One of my favorite plyometrics for pro athletes. The Triple Broad Jump is a teaching tool disguised as a power test that transfers directly to the 40-yard dash. It trains athletes to push the turf back, project the hips, and repeat horizontal force with rhythm and posture - just like the first 10 yards of the 40. The 40 isn’t one big push; it’s repeated projections. If you can’t link power for three jumps, it’ll show up on the clock. Train power you can repeat. 💥
