Savory lemon za’atar French toast for one, plus a little trip to the farmer’s market with me 👩‍🌾 I almost wasn’t going to share this one, but @sarafasolo asked and I had to answer 🫡 I also wanted to show off the French breakfast radish, which is a mild but peppery varietal of its over 100 (!!) types of radish cousins. Breakfast radishes can be light and refreshing, but when you cook them with the greens on, the greens get all crispy and end up tasting like potato chips. Life-giving, truly. This is a super simple meal for one, but can be scaled up or down as you need it.
