Chicago Squares Super Bowl Pizza Special: seahawks Seattle Dog 🌭 The Seattle Seahawks will look to agenge their Superbowl 49 loss to the patriots this Sunday in San Fransisco and their pizza is inspired by the Emerald City street food staple, Seattle Dog. My pizza version starts out with a base of shredded mozzarella and is topped with thinly sliced all beef hot dogs and griddled onions and jalapeños. After a quick bake in my gozney Arc XL, the pizza is finished with dollops of whipped cream cheese. This combo is shockingly good. The salty dogs pair perfectly with the sweetness from the onions and heat provided from the peppers while the cream cheese provides a nice creamy tang that balances it all out. Time will only tell if Sam Darnold, Kenneth Walker, and the Seahawks vaunted defense can exorcise the ghosts of Malcolm Butler's past and stop the Patriots from another Super Bowl win but like I always say, no matter if they or lose, atleast the pizza was good 🤷 Pats pizza co...
