My pizza version starts out with a layer of shredded mozzarella and is topped with sous vide and seared slagelfarms prime rib, dollops of creamy mashed potatoes, brocollini tossed olive oil and lemon juice, and I fitting broke out my cheese grated for even more shredded mozzarella.
