Chicago Squares Week 8: chicagobears 🐻 at ravens ⚫️🟣 Powered by agoramarketchicago 🛒🤝 The Bears are in Baltimore to take on the Ravens today and this week's pizza inspired by the iconic Baltimore crab cake made famous by places like kocos_pub , faidleysseafood and jimmysseafood 🦀 My pizza version starts out with an old bay cream sauce base and is topped with shredded mozzarella, homemade jumbo lump blue crab cakes, and a touch more mozzarella. After a quick bake in my gozney Arc XL, the pizza is finished with more old bay, remoulade, chives, and a squeeze of lemon juice. This is one of my favorite pizzas that i've ever made in this series, the flavors just pop and sweet crab with savory old bay is a match made in heaven crab cakes and football, it's honeslty what maryland does.
