Chicago Squares Week 1 vs vikings 🟣🟡 Powered by agoramarketchicago 🤝 Welcome Back to Chicago Squares, where I make a tavern style pizza inspired by the Bears opponents! Guys, we are so BACK! The chicagobears kick off the 2025 season with a primetime matchup tonight against the Minnesota Vikings and this week's pizza is inspired by the iconic Minneapolis juicy lucy burger. The pizza starts out with a layer of shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese and is topped with some sweet onion jam, and mini American cheese stuffed Juicy Lucy burgers featuring slagelfarms beef. After a quick bake in my gozney Arc XL, it's finished with diced raw onion, dill pickles, burger sauce, and toasted sesame seeds. I've made a couple Juicy Lucy pizzas in the past but this one is the best of the bunch. It's so balanced with the rich beefy burgers, the sweet onion jam, the bite from the raw onion acid from the pickles, and burger sauce ties it all together. Speaking of balance.
