Tripping Billy × @novel.pizza 🍕🤝 Today kicks off the historic 20th stop on my Tripping Billy Chicago tour but this one is extra special. @rythatguy_ @gremski and myself are Chicago pizza underdogs that met 3.5 years ago at a pizza event at @pauliegeeslogansquare celebrating the best home pizza makers. We maintained our friendships and have both made our marks on the Chicago Pizza scene as @novel.pizza has become one of the best and hottest pizzerias in town and I've continued use pizza and my cooking as a way to share my story of reinvention after my life changing Muscular Dystrophy diagnosis four years ago. Our stories come full circle this week as we present to you, The Tripping Billy at @novel.pizza . My namesake pizza with it's signature shishito pepper cream sauce, corn, pickled jalapeños, mozzarella, cheddar, and scallions will be available today through Saturday.
