Back in 2021, we all took part of the "Slice of Summer" event at @pauliegeeslogansquare celebrating Chicago's best home pizza makers and flash forward four years and we're both making our mark on the Chicago Pizza scene. Now we are linking up to bring you my namesake pizza on Gremski's elite thin and crisp tavern style crust. If you're new to the TB, it starts with me signature shishito pepper cream sauce and is topped with corn, pickled jalapenos, mozzarella, cheddar, and scallions.
