Just finished up a morning meeting at Asheville Middle School getting ready for the next session of our IRL After-School program! We got a tour of the brand new "Mindfulness Room" being added to the school for the 2017-18 school year. We're honored to be a part of bringing mindfulness education to AMS & we can't wait to help transform this room into a safe haven for students & staff!
