The urban farm, owned and operated by Jenny and Eric Quiner, opened a garden center Saturday that features a pair of greenhouses — one for production and one for retail — outfitted with plants, supplies, seeds, soil, fertilizer, and tools. The new garden center sits on 1.25 acres, which was sold to the family by Meredith Drive Reformed Church and is the site of the church's old parking lot.
