Don’t miss this beautiful onsen in Japan! Amagiso Onsen is located at the base of Odaru, tallest waterfall in the Izu Pensinsula. It used to be a resort but it burned down 🥲 but the onsen is still accessible! How to visit? — Check their website for seasonal closures! Open from 10 am to 4 pm (last entry 3:30), closed Wednesday The onsen is coed, you must wear a swimsuit. The have swimsuit and towel rentals on site! Cash only! Accessible by bus and car. There are not many facilities on site so I would bring your own food, but there are some small restaurants and vending machines nearby, but I’m not sure the opening hours.
