Fresh notes of cucumber and mint are paired with floral aromatics for a swoonworthy sip 🤩 JULIET & ROMEO 💜 • 2 oz Empress 1908 Indigo Gin • ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice • ¾ oz Simple Syrup • 3 Cucumber Slices • 4-5 Mint Leaves • Small Pinch of Salt • 3 Drop of Rose Water, plus more to mist • Small Mint Sprig, to garnish METHOD: Add Empress 1908 Indigo Gin, cucumber, and a small pinch of salt to a cocktail shaker. Muddle together. Add simple syrup, lime juice, mint, and rose water. Then, add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds. Fine strain into a coupe and garnish with a small mint sprig and one extra spritz of rose water. Enjoy!
