Mandarin Gin Shake up 🍊🍹 .75 oz lime juice 1.5 oz mandarin puree .5 oz simple syrup 1.5 oz gin .5 oz st Germain!! Add all ingredients. Shake and dirty dump (use the ice you shook with). Top with more ice if needed! Garnish with a mandarin wheel. For the mandarin puree, slice off the ends of the mandarin, chop and place into a blender/food processor. -If you’re using a navel/valencia orange cut off the peel (leaving as much white behind) then slice off the pith/white part (discard) and cut up the orange flesh and throw it in a blender with the orange peel until it looks like orange marmalade!#citrusseason #cocktailrecipe #drinkrecipe
