Pate Jr., Consumer Science and Human Development & Family Studies associate professor and the Dean’s Fathers and Fathering Faculty Fellow, for receiving a 2025 Global Oncology Pilot Grant from the UW Health l Carbone Cancer Center. The grant will fund a project called “Bridging Health Policy, Prevention and Cancer Care Access in Ghana through Education.” The principal investigator is University of Wisconsin-Madison Human Oncology Associate Professor Shannon O’Reilly, and the research team also includes Stephen M.
