Join visionary designer Bruce Mau for a rare, cross-disciplinary course that reimagines design not as a profession, but as a way of seeing, thinking about and shaping the world around us. The life-centered design course invites designers and non-designers alike to develop a powerful mindset through collaboration, bold ideas, immersive missions, special quests and unexpected experiences. Students will design practices and ideas, create lasting memories and participate in performative, mind-expanding projects. The course will take place across University of Wisconsin-Madison campus, treating the university as a living stage and laboratory. No design background required, just curiosity, imagination and a willingness to rethink what's possible.
