More than 4,000 miles away from Nancy Nicholas Hall, Textiles & Fashion Design alum Griffin Claes '19 is working at his dream job — one that his 7-year-old self would high five him for. As the senior designer of licensed apparel at adidas in Nuremberg, Germany, Claes uses the “edge” that he gained as a Human Ecology student to design jerseys for elite football teams (known as soccer in the U.S.) and to expertly pitch his designs to boardrooms filled with club executives.
