The Move of the Month is the Crab Tap! The Crab Tap exercise works your core, triceps, and legs. We suggest incorporating this exercise into upper body lifting days as well as HIT circuit workouts. Things to keep in mind while performing this exercise: • Keep your hips high and your core tight throughout the movement • Keep your elbows slightly bent and your wrists very straight during this exercise • Aim to touch your instep or toe – your opposite hand is reaching for your opposite foot • Perform in a quick, controlled manner • 1 tap on each foot = 1 rep #MoveoftheMonth #TryonNation
