BEST CLASS IVE EVER TAKEN AHH!!🩷😭 This class was the last class in a series that melania.antuchas & sweatlab54 did this past weekend! Truly an incredible experience. I didnt record it here, but there was also a goodie bag everyone who signed up got, B12 injections AND free matcha lattes... I was in heaven, the whole experience was $110 (which is think was very worth it) Ive been on a fitness journey since December '25 and honestly I dont shut up about heated pilates lol... but I use to hate it. While the class was intense, I really enjoyed the pace and pulsing!
