A free, public memorial will honor the life of Walter W. Cole Sr., who was better known as Portland’s legendary drag queen Darcelle XV, on April 25 at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall. Members of the public will need tickets, but the celebration will be free with general seating. Doors will open at 6 p.m. and the event will begin at 7:30 p.m. Tickets arent available as of Tuesday evening, but that info will be annnounced soon.
