You’re looking at a soon-to-be Pilates instructor 😌 And this is my very first time saying that out loud publicly! I officially started my Pilates certification with @neupilates, and I chose this program very intentionally. As a busy mom, I needed something that respected real life; a program that let me learn at my own pace while still going deep into anatomy, functional movement, and the why behind Pilates. NeuPilates is co-taught by a physical therapist, which really spoke to me as someone who cares about moving well, not just moving more. And, being that it is offered online, it’s accessible for women like me who already have a lot on our plates. This training is shaping how I show up, for myself and for other women and I’m super excited for what’s to come: I’ll be teaching a mat Pilates session at the Choose Me Retreat, creating accessible Pilates content for women and moms with real, full schedules, and continuing toward studio teaching as I grow and gain more experience.
