In this video, I’m showing you how to do the first cleanse. Tomorrow, I’ll share a separate video on how to remove the cleanser from the face. I intentionally separated these videos because Instagram doesn’t support longer formats and limits their reach. I want as many people as possible to see them, because this type of education has proven to be genuinely helpful. This is not the first step of a double cleanse. This is the only cleanse performed before lymphatic drainage. It is done quickly, with a very light hand, specifically to avoid compressing lymphatic vessels and nodes. If too much pressure is used at this stage, proper fluid movement later becomes difficult. The cleanse is gentle, short, and continuous. One important rule: your hands never fully leave the client’s face—at least one hand must always maintain contact. For this cleanse, I always use a creamy cleanser.
