The Art of Facial Cleansing
In my previous post, I demonstrated the first cleanse and explained why it’s crucial to avoid disturbing the lymph nodes. Excessive pressure can collapse superficial lymphatic vessels, disrupting flow and leading to fluid congestion in the tissues. When this happens, the fluid can no longer move efficiently toward the axillary cavity, and the face will not show the visible lift and clarity we expect at the end of the treatment.
Some viewers noticed that the forehead wasn’t included in that demonstration and you’re absolutely right. In that segment, I was demonstrating the fundamentals, and after me, the trainee performed the full cleansing sequence, including the forehead.
