Starting a new job can be a lot. Braze Buddy is a new hire program that can make those first few months feel a little easier. When Meng Chen, Senior Revenue Accountant, joined our NYC team, she was paired with Melissa Liu, Talent Development Generalist. The program is intentionally simple: new hires are matched with a more tenured Braze employee to connect outside the normal day-to-day of work.
