PIER COLLAPSE: Part of the beloved 2,000-foot Keansburg fishing pier has collapsed into the icy waters of Raritan Bay, leaving regulars and staff saddened. The pier manager, whose father helped build it in the 1980s, says the Keansburg Amusement Park owners plan to rebuild. � “We’ve had ice, but nothing like this… it’s bad this year. The pier is fighting the ice right now,” she said.
