This week’s IHSA Alumni Spotlight feature is LaRoyce Hawkins. While at Thornton Township, LaRoyce participated in drama, speech, and basketball. During his high school career, he qualified for the IHSA Individual Events State Finals four times, finishing first in Humorous Duet Acting and Original Comedy in back to back years. He was also named to the All-State Team for Acting in the drama category.
