⭐️ Jacob Benoit, Dalhousie University / Université Dalhousie (cross-country & track and field/athlétisme) A five-time Academic All-Canadian, Benoit capped his university journey as a 2024-25 U SPORTS Top 8 Academic All-Canadian, recognized nationally for excellence in both sport and the classroom.  Now a graduate of Dalhousie University’s Master of Business Administration program with a 3.96 GPA, Benoit competed for the Tigers in cross country and track and field throughout his graduate studies, embodying the balance, discipline and resilience required of high-performance student-athletes. Dalhousie finished third at the AUS Cross Country Championships, before capturing the conference title in track and field. Individually, Benoit placed fifth overall at the 2024 U SPORTS Cross Country Championships, earning first-team All-Canadian honours, then added a bronze medal in the men’s 3000 metres at the 2025 U SPORTS Track and Field Championships in Windsor.
