Here’s a hymn to the garnet and the gold, ringing to the sky. Here’s a song for the men and women bold, sing with heads held high. Striving e’er to seek to know, fight for victory. Alma mater, this our song to you echoes “F. S. U.” My heart hurts for our beautiful campus, our beautiful community, and the place I’ve called home the past four years. I’m pouring all of my love out to every member of the FSU community, especially those impacted closely and those that lost their lives. I will not let this senseless tragedy keep me from loving my home away from home, nor tarnish the countless memories I’ve made on this campus.
