We bought a 1905 historic residence in Boulder! It has 3 floors (and a basement), 6 fireplaces, about a million radiators, and precisely 0 kitchens… It’s full of beautiful old wood (and a horrid green carpet). We estimate it will take us 2+ years to restore her, but we are committed to the project and will do what is right by her! I can hardly believe it, but @itskevinconroy wants to do a YT channel documenting the whole process! A dream come true!!!! We got here about 10 days ago, so we’re getting to know the house and doing a few small projects to make it liveable for the next 6ish months while we make plans and pull permits.
