This week, @Hourglass Cosmetics sent us their new Luminous Silk Foundation, with SPF30... aparently the only foundation to visibly lift skin in 30 days according to their PR mailer. The only thing was there was no ingredient list for me to do a full breakdown/evaluation 😩 Hate how this gets missed in so much PR. First impressions: very mousey and juicy, very high coverage. Currently in the market, within the SPF cosmetic category, there isn't really anything that is this rich, radiant AND full coverage... but this is based on first impressions and we still have to do the full evaluation.
