The outside is covered in cake crumb moss. I have a reel on how to do it, but it’s seriously just white cake with green food safe coloring. You add the color before baking and then crumble up the cake after it’s baked and cooled! There are so many fun applications for it! Then all the mushrooms you see are marzipan!
