Parts of the Jane Addams Tollway (I-90) in the northwest suburbs were shut down for hours early Monday morning after a multi-vehicle crash that involved a semi pushing a vehicle into an EMS worker. The crash, which stemmed from an earlier traffic crash, took place about 1:56 a.m. in the westbound lanes of I-90 at milepost 61 in Hoffman Estates, Illinois State Police said. According to ISP, a private ambulance was on the scene with workers responding to an earlier vehicle crash when a semi struck the vehicle involved. The semi then rolled onto its side, ISP said, pushing the vehicle from the earlier crash into an EMS worker. #crash #i90 #semitruck #chicago
