Penny, a sleekly majestic Doberman pinscher, won the 150th Westminster Kennel Club Dog Show on Tuesday night, triumphing over a tough group of competitors that included a silky-haired Afghan hound, an exuberant Old English sheepdog and a sprightly smooth fox terrier.
