Hundreds of Doses of Meth and Heroin Seized in Sunday Afternoon Arrest On Sunday around 1:40 p.m., a SCV Sheriff’s deputy conducting patrol checks in Canyon Country contacted two men near a convenience store. One, a 33-year-old Los Angeles resident, was found to be on probation and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The second man, a 29-year-old Los Angeles resident, was in possession of methamphetamine. A search of his vehicle uncovered hundreds of doses of meth and heroin, along with a “pay/owe” sheet, indicating involvement in drug sales. Both men were arrested, transported, and booked at the SCV Sheriff’s Station jail. We remain committed to keeping our community safe and proactively addressing illegal drug activity. #LASD #SCV #WeAreWatching #NotInSCV
