Our Learning Disabilities Special Interest Group (SIG) brings together GPs and healthcare professionals from across the UK who are passionate about improving care and outcomes for people with learning disabilities. Through quarterly online meetings, collaborative discussions and a lively WhatsApp community, members share expertise, support each other, and contribute to national policy and education helping to ensure more equitable, person-centred care. The group also helps shape RCGP learning opportunities, including our One Day Essentials events, eLearning resources, and input to national conversations on health checks, coding, and reasonable adjustments.
