A GamechangHER is a woman in sports who disrupts the status quo, and challenges existing gender norms. These women serve as trailblazers who redefine possibilities for future generations, break down barriers, enhance visibility, and fight for equity.  National Girls & Women in Sports Day is more than a celebration, it’s a declaration. A declaration that our voices matter, our presence matters, and our leadership matters in every space we enter! Today, I had the honor of hosting my first NGWSD Breakfast at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and the room was powerful. Current and former student-athletes, coaches, and administrators gathered together. One of the most meaningful moments was witnessing the connection between our current student-athletes and former UAPB women’s basketball player turned Coach, Erin Campbell.
