One of the most dynamic young guards in Southern Illinois, Nick King has been electric for SI Select this spring. The 6’1” guard brings a flashy, fearless style of play to the floor—and as an incoming junior, he’s only getting started. King can break down defenders with elite-level handles or rise up and throw it down with shocking athleticism. He’s a dual threat on both ends of the floor—creating shots for himself and teammates on offense, then turning around to swat shots off the backboard on defense. His energy sparks runs, his confidence is contagious, and his game is evolving by the week. With July approaching, King is locked in and ready to take off.
