Start by coating your prime rib with the horseradish and then seasoning with my All Purpose Rub. The horseradish will act as a binder and will give the beef a nice kick. Smoke at 250 degrees until it reaches 115-120 degrees internal temperature and then sear it over hot coals. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes and then slice it nice and thin for the sliders.
