Right whale calf number nine is here! It's not even Christmas yet, but this is such a big gift for the endangered North Atlantic right whale species! 🐋🎁 Right whale Echo (catalog #2642) and her new calf were sighted by the CMA Research Institute aerial survey team on December 21, 2025, east of Little Saint Simons Island, Georgia.
