We’re just here for Benito’s halftime show. 😌🍍 Strawberry Layer Ingredients: * 4 strawberries * 1/2 cup water * 3 tbs. granulated sugar * .5 oz. fresh lime juice * 1 oz. Rum * 2 cups ice Piña Colada Layer Ingredients * 3/4 cup pineapple juice * 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk * 1 oz. Cream of coconut (we used Real) * 1 oz. rum * 3/4 cups ice Steps: 1. In a blender, combine strawberries, water, and sugar 2. Once blended, strain to remove the strawberry seeds for silky texture. 3. Add the smooth strawberry puree back into the blender along with lime juice, rum, and ice 4. Blend then pour halfway into your glass 5. Begin prepping piña colada layer by adding all the ingredients to your cleaned blender 6. Blend then slowly pour on top of your strawberry layer, filling the rest of the glass. 7.
