We are proud to share that Congress has passed a bipartisan spending package that includes full FY2026 funding of $10.7 million for the National Paralysis Resource Center (NPRC).
The NPRC provides essential services, including peer mentoring, direct support, and access to nationwide resources, empowering individuals and families affected by paralysis to live with dignity and independence.
Additional highlights from the legislation:
š +$415M for NIH
š $119M for NIDILRR
š $33M restored for Spinal Cord Injury Research
š Telehealth Medicare access extended through 12/31/27
Your advocacy made this possible. Together, we continue advancing research, care, and protections for people with disabilities.
