⚔️TEN YEARS IN THE MAKING⚔️ Cannot believe how fast ten years have gone by. In 2016, we had a vision to build a bad ass facility for powerlifters and bodybuilders, something that did not exist in this area. That meant walking away from commercial gyms and starting completely from scratch. It began with one rack, a basement, some weights, and two like minded brothers. What started with $300 and a dream turned into years of sacrifice, late nights, early mornings, doubt, belief, and a vision that never let go. No matter what bumps we hit along the road, we did whatever it took to make it happen. - Those 6 years in the basement are something we, and everyone who was part of it, will never forget. The loud music, the yelling, chalk in the air, fist bumps, laughter, the urgency to finish your set, sweat, and 30 people packed into an 850 square foot basement pushing through brutal lifts six days a week.
