TNA Wrestling’s parent company, Anthem Wrestling Exhibitions, has filed a lawsuit against Hall of Famer Gail Kim in a Nashville, Tennessee court. The legal action follows Kim’s departure from the company in March 2025. According to PWInsider, the suit stems from Kim’s intent to pursue legal claims against the company for alleged violations of the Florida Private Whistleblower Act. Anthem is seeking a court ruling that any disputes must be governed by Tennessee law, based on the terms of her 2022 Services Agreement.
