When was the last time you came up for air? We live in an era of constant suffocation. It’s not physical... it’s digital. We wake up, we scroll. We eat, we scroll. We fill every silent gap in our day with the noise of a million other people’s lives, opinions, and highlights. I created this project, “SURFACE,” to visualize what that sensory overload actually feels like. It starts as a distraction - a way to numb out on the couch. But eventually, the algorithm becomes heavy... It pulls you down into a sea of static until you can’t hear your own thoughts anymore. You’re drowning in content, gasping for clarity, but you just keep sinking. The most terrifying part isn’t the water. It’s how comfortable we’ve become holding our breath.
