Mads Kaiser to Southern Indiana The University of Southern Indiana has hired Mads Kaiser as the ninth head coach in program history as the Screaming Eagles continue building in their new Division I era. Kaiser arrives from Saint Francis (PA), where he posted a 22-16-11 record over three seasons, earned NEC Coach of the Year honors in 2023, and guided the Red Flash to three straight NEC Tournament appearances. Known for his tactical approach and player development, Kaiser coached multiple NEC award winners, including Defensive Player of the Year, Goalkeepers of the Year, and Rookie of the Year honorees. With experience leading an unbeaten Division I side and deep ties to player development at both the college and academy levels, Kaiser takes over at USI with momentum and a clear vision for the program’s next chapter. #usi #southern #indiana
