Blueberry Tie Dye Cocktails ft. tccrafttequila Blueberry Compote: - 2 cups Blueberries - 3 Tbs Water - 3 Tbs Granulated Sugar - 1 tsp lime zest - 1 tsp lime juice - 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1. In a small saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar, water, lime juice, and lime zest. Bring to medium heat, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently until thickened. Stir in vanilla extract. When ready, allow to cool completely before using. Blueberry Tie Dye Cocktails (for 2): - 3 oz tccrafttequila Blanco - 1/3 cup Blueberry Lime Compote, chilled - 6 oz Pineapple Juice, chilled - 1.5 oz lime juice - .5 oz ginger juice - 1-2 Tbs raw honey - Ginger Seltzer 1. In a shaker, add ice, tequila, pineapple juice, lime juice, ginger juice, honey, and blueberry compote. 2. Shake well (or until shaker frosts on the outside).
