Well doesn't that look a little complicated...🧐 #Throwback to earlier in July when crews on the I-70 Floyd Hill project worked on creating pier caisson rebar to provide strength and resistance supports within the concrete foundation of the new bridges structures. 🔸This typically helps reinforce the piers and transfer weight from the structure above into the soil or bedrock below. 🔸This reinforcement also helps prevent cracking, resist bending and maintain the structural integrity of bridges and roadways.
