Realistically, you MUST volunteer or intern before you just enter a paid position in this industry. Show people you want to grow the game and be helpful. Figure out what works and what doesn’t. Give a little and receive a lot of love! All my jobs have started out from me purely wanting to do a game or two in my free time, and the outcome has been better than I imagined! Immerse yourself in the sport. Photographers will know what looks good to them, but you need you know the game to understand what looks good to players. Watch games in your free time.
